if the collar is on a separate layer, then select the collar using the little square lookin tool at the top and select the collar by clicking + dragging, then click control+c on your keyboard then control+v (command+c and command+v on macs) then drag it over to the kitty!
if the collar is on the lines layer and not on a separate one, then delete the cats w/ out the collar and then do the same method with selecting all the cats.
you can merge layers afterward as well x3

assuming the collars are on a separate layer, you can duplicate the layer. make sure you're selected the layer with the collars. on the top bar, it should say "layers". click that, and there should be an option to duplicate. this will make a new layer. then, in the toolbar, there is a tool that should let you move the new layer to where you want it to be (on the other cats).
