Cubs cannot have accessories, as they could somehow mess with their developing powers. Only when they reach adolescent age are they allowed to wear accessories.

The woman stepped closer to the cage. The predator inside it snarled and pounced at the side of the wired cage. Alarmed, the woman jumped back. "Whatever has infected this cheetah," she said to her colleagues. "Has turned it crazy."
The man next to her pushed up his glasses. "Indeed it has. Also, it's been having weird.. magical bursts."
She frowned. "What? But that's.. impossible!"
Another man turned back to the cage. "It's female, and an adolescent. We believe that when it's full grown the magic will become stronger. We cannot keep it here for much longer. I can tell that its magic bursts are stronger, and the cage is not strong enough to hold against this creature. The only thing we can do is release it back into the wild."
"Isn't that dangerous? If it mates the magic could be carried down. It isn't safe."
"We'll have to risk it. For now, I'll set a tracker on her. That way we can follow her and check to see if any magic carried down."
"What should we call her kind?" the first man said.
The three all thought for a moment.
"Mana cheetahs." the woman said. "We should call her a Mana cheetah."

Mana Cheetahs are cheetahs with elemental powers. Read the above quote for more information.
Other than what's shown above, here's other info about these powerful creatures;
Females have little spurts of power while they are a cub. These are called sparks. But they don't show what element the cub could be. It's just random bursts that occur when a cub is in a new biome.
Males show little to no evidence of what element they are while they are a cub.
The element their parents have has no difference. For example, if a cub's parents are both Earth, then the offspring could be a Shadow. It all depends on where the cub spent the most time being.
Wind is Sly or Cunning
Also, you should probably make a place to store all your Manas and their information, like in a character storage or something. But you don't have to.

Rules
