Mooncatcher is the deputy of Hiddenclan, A.K.A the bodyguard of Badgerstar. The reason why she is nicknamed this? Mooncatcher is both heavily built and significantly taller than the rest of her clanmates. Making her the tallest cat within the clan, and also the one you really don't want to mess with.
Before Mooncatcher joined the clan, she had originally been a rogue. One who took it upon herself to terrorize those who preyed on the weak and defenceless. Which has often gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion. However, it was due to her brave and reckless actions that had caused her to one day cross paths with Hiddenclan. This happened in the form of saving their medicine cat from a dog in broad daylight. Impressed by her willingness to save complete strangers, Badgerstar offered her a place within the clan. One she gladly accepted.
It took a long time for her to prove her worth, and to show the rest of the clan that she could be trusted. But once she did, she couldn't have been happier. Something that only grew when she finally became the clan's deputy. Often teasing Badgerstar about their height difference, and sharing stories with the elders, apprentices and kits about her scars. Becoming the humble and arrogant warrior she is to this day.
Furthermore, she has found great amusement in toying with other clan cats. Mainly because she often enjoys watching their horrified expressions whenever Badgerstar introduces her as his deputy at a gathering.
There is no doubt that she will make a great future leader.
