No tasks or levels, you can own up to 30 Crystal Drakes in this mode. You may only switch modes every six months, so please choose wisely.

Adopt Mode is when you adopt without any special limits or tasks. However you do need to make a Wingery (thread) to keep your dragons in, and you need to make sure each dragon has their own post and a little bit of information (name, affinity, etc) before you adopt any new ones!

( obtain a monarch )
Your Monarch is the leader of your Wingery. Your first Monarch is quite simply the first dragon you own. To get your Monarch, either adopt a dragon that is up for adoption, or use your free ticket to claim them.

Once you have a Monarch, you will have two weeks to make a Wingery and post the Monarch on it. If you fail to do so, your Monarch will be adopted out, and you will have to find yourself a new Monarch.

( adopt more dragons )

For Adopt Mode, Step One is just about it. Once you've completed it, you can adopt Dragons freely. You may only have thirty dragons while in Adopt Mode, as opposed to the larger numbers in Roleplay Mode, but Roleplay mode is much more difficult! So again, choose wisely. If you're unpleased / want to try something different, you'll have to wait six months.

Plenty of tasks and levels to keep you busy, and once you progress high enough, you can own up to 75 Crystal Drakes at a time in this mode! However it is very hard to get up to that level, and you may only switch modes every six months, so please choose wisely.

Roleplay Mode is where you level up by completing tasks, and earn some neat prizes along the way. However, it can be very difficult, it is advised that you only take this mode if you're up to the task.

❂ Describe a ceremony your Wingery has that sets them apart from others
❂ Write or draw said ceremony taking place (500 words min / colored w/ background)

Population Limits: 1 Monarch, 3 Heirs, 3 Shamans, 20 Guards, 20 Hunters, 12 Hatchlings (70)
❂ Before you can reach the coveted final level, you must kill one of your dragons. Choose one to kill, and notify the artist. That dragon's gem will gain a complete crack (all the way through) and they will be marked as deceased. You may not bring a dragon back to life, so choose wisely.

Responsible for keeping the archives up to date, extremely active both on CS and within Crystal Drakes.
For every month they are active, they get a free Uncommon Edit Ticket

The artists of the species. Must create at least 2 adopts a month, as well as stay on top of any customs and breedings they might get
For every month they are active, they get a free Unlimited Uncommon MYO Ticket

Artists who are in on a trial. Must create at least 4 adopts within 3 months before they can become a full artist.
If they do not make it to full artist, they will be given a Rare Edit Ticket.

The people in charge of running the events, and making sure they are released on time, with everything they need. Also in charge of promoting the event. For every event they help run, they receive an Unlimited Rare MYO Ticket.

In order to keep from exploiting, you must wait a minimum of three weeks before trading or selling your Dragons.
If you wish to trade or sell, you and your partner must confirm the transaction on the Dragon's page.

It is up to you how much to sell your CD adoptables for, but once a trade has been confirmed and completed, it may not be undone without both parties approval. Prices also may not exceed 100 C$ / equivalent.

In order to keep from exploiting, you must own a Crystal Drake for two months before you gift it, and you must wait three months in between gifts. The exception is if you are disbanding your current pack, in which case you may gift all of your existing CD to people (they must confirm accepting before the gift is complete) and fully restart, but you must wait six months in between disbanding and rebanding your packs.

If you are recipent of a gift, you will be alerted via PM that the prior owner wishes to Gift their dragon to you. In order to accept, you must post on the Dragon's original page confirming that you have accepted the gift. If you do not do so within two weeks, the gift will be considered void and the owner will be able to offer it to a different person, or in trade. This is the only way to cancel a gift, so be absolutely sure you want to get rid of your dragon before you do so.

This is a Gold Shard. Crystal Drakes, being dragons, love to hoard them. In fact, every founder comes with 25 of them, to get yourself started. Gold Shards are used as currency among dragons. They amount to roughly one Chicken-Dollar per five Gold Shards.

If you want to buy more Gold Shards, you will send your C$ (1 per 5 shards) to Savannah-the-Caracal, who will distribute it among the rest of the staff, much like the pound. Please use the following message in your trade, so that I know what it is being used for!
