im curious, does the system count off-account pets as well?

I believe that it only counts pets sitting in active users accounts. Off account pets don't techincally have any trading value since no one actually owns them, thus no one being able to make any trades involving them. c:

^^ from what I know, no it does not. Daryll has made sure the program doesn’t count those that are off account.
