If we do have an overdue breeding that has not been done yet, are we allowed to request it from another artist?
I was a winner from thiscompetition and still have not yet received my foal, like quite a few others :c I know Fall is busy so I don't want to pester him.

Just a side note for the whole community if you have issues or problems it is much better to just message me personally. I tend to see things much sooner and am able to handle them faster that way. c:

oh my gosh!! good catch - that is unmistakably a tolter, I honestly can't believe someone took that image D: I hope we get to the bottom of this! hoping someone here knows the proper ways to investigate/report it.
