Free Anthro puppy Adopt! (CLOSED!)

Here's my first attempt at making an adopt with this base! I took inspiration from a German Shepherd's design. He has Heterochromia and I added a tuft of hair on his head. He's first come first served so the first person who posts gets him! The Lines are not mine!!
