한국어 thread: Korean chat

I'm no expert in Korean, just have the previlege(?) of living here and knowing enough conversational Korean to pass off as a native speaker (because I was born here and Korean is my first language, but I lived in the US for a long time)... but I'm pretty sure 탁자 is for any old small table in Korea, while 상 refers to tables that you set meals on.

In dictionary, it's written as 탁자 is a furniture that shaped as 상.
So 상 shows the shape (like 4 legs and a board).
And as winter said, it is usually used for the table for food.
And 탁자 is something more like furniture.
There is another word 식탁 that means table especially for food.

Sorry I can't understand that sentence.
How about "작지만 이거라도 먹어"?
It means "Even though it's small, eat this"
