I didn't do huge edits to him just added the inkling mask,Changed his eye color and added a eyebrow to him.
So uhh,I'll have to write more about Jax on his toyhouse profile page soon so yup.He is a former teammate of Jinx after she retired the team when they all reached rank X together.
