Rise is a closed species which means anyone outside of Rise staff will not get access to the lines. It is not a base you can make any cat you want on or use for purposes outside of Rise. You may try to win one of the cats up for adoption (marked clanless) or request a free founder. Aside from that, you will not be able to use Rise lines.
