I have a good handful of new kids to introduce!
First the kittos of
Markos and
DevonThis is
MasonThe big boy of the group, Mason is a bit of a spoiled brat who was catered to a little too much by his loving fathers. He got a big head as a result, and often comes across as selfish and obnoxious to many. He doesn't take being told no well, and is way too cocky for his own good. Despite being full of himself, he'll eventually realize that its not a good look and devote his life to rescuing abandoned kittens.

This is
MateoThe small and meek brother, and the smallest of the group, he's the one that struggles socially and prefers to communicate through photography. He's much more of a listener and follower, and doesn't like being in the spotlight due to having a nasty stutter that keeps him from being able to speak well-especially under pressure. He will eventually become a detective who uses his photos to help incriminate law-breakers

And last of this bunch is
MaxMax is the smart middle brother of the group. Though incredibly bright- he's got the attention span of a walnut and can't focus on anything more than a few minutes before getting distracted. He's creative, whimsical, and usually causing accidental problems for his parents and family just because he tends to see something shiny and toddle off after it with a big ol' smile on his face. He's overly-friendly and basically doesn't even understand that there are things in the world that could pose any threat to him. He'll probably be an engineer of some sort when he gets older

I also drew this one of the little family!

And I have this addition as well, This is
AsteropeAsterope is a strange young man, one who's live has been filled with strife. Since an early age, he's been hunted by strange beings from another world that he can't seem to escape from. These aliens try to capture him, and he's come to deeply fear them and what they want from him. As soon as he was moderately capable, he left his family- convinced they were in danger from these entities. He eventually ended up learning fighting and disguise from an old war veteren who used to work in special forces and trained him for some time before the entities found him. Since then, he's fought them off to the best of his abilities and tried to blend in with the world around him in order to stay under the radar.
What he doesn't know, is that his family's bloodline is ancient, dating back beyond life on earth itself- and he himself has the blood of this alien race. At the dawn of the planets existence, his ancient ancestors-including one of the alien's princesses fled their old home and blended in among earth's life. At their former planet, they have been left with no blood ruler and so among the descendants they have chosen Asterope as the most plausible next in line. Something he wants no part of.
Asterope is kind, generally has a great sense of humor, and loves people. He's outgoing, charming, and though he comes across as secretive and mysterious- he's got great control of his emotions and temper. He appears paranoid, and the first sign of the enteties chasing him will lead him to flee or grow aggressive, separating himself from others. He doesn't understand what they want from him, and since they do not speak his language they cannot tell him so.
One day he'll find the help he needs to make sense of it....

I've also drawn him, though I'll just share this one since it fits a little better

And lastly, these kids! The electric eels! They're ooc for their mother, but they are the IC children of my
HaokahChildren of the god of thunder Haokah, Cyclone, Monsoon, Typhoon, and Hurricane, born before his fall from grace and subsequent death & rebirth. The siblings grew up together in his massive castle built within the stone of a lone mountain poking above the sealine, where thunder and lightning is said to be born. Upon their father's death, the demi-god siblings parted ways to seek their own fates in the world and try to decide who they are without their father's commanding shadow. None of the siblings are aware that he is still alive.
Their father 'died' (somewhat, as a god he was reborn but they dont know that); and I decided to approach the group as a study on grief and response to death; I chose four common responses and ran with them for story purposes in order to explore how it would effect them.
Cyclone - Denial, rejection of his own emotions, and fleeing from it. He refuses to acknowledge the death,or that it has effected him and lives by the mantra that if he doesn't think about it, it cant hurt him.
Monsoon - Anger, He takes the route of being angry over his father's death and isolating himself, only exposing himself to lash out at the world around him in rage, blaming others for taking his father away from him
Typhoon - Spiritualism, She turns to higher powers in an effort to make sense of it, find her purpose, and try to beg the higher gods to return her father to them
Hurricane - Acceptance, finding support in family, and trying to keep her father's memory appropriately alive. Hurt, but managing, and trying to help the others to cope as well.
Ill only put brief notes because ive written quite a bit about them; but if you want to read more you can visit their pages.
CycloneCyclone was the most in denial of his father's death, and the black sheep of the family. When he died, he went as far away as he could possibly get, adhering to the life of a wandering bard and refusing any responsibilities. The most irresponsible and immature one of the siblings as a result, he battles deeply within himself to fight off remembering what he has lost
HurricaneHurricane is the eldest sister, the motherly, the one who cares for others and devotes her time to trying to keep her wayward siblings together. She remained at her father's castle, that she now calls her own, and takes care of it- always providing a home that her family can return to when they've exhausted their efforts to forget the past.
MonsoonMonsoon shared his father's tenancy to anger, and when his father was killed by humans he lashed out, creating horrible storms in his wake. He has a good heart, and the heart of a leader and hero- but his rage has driven him deep into the sea's darkest voids in the hopes he won't hurt anyone because he can't control himself
TyphoonTyphoon was hurt by her father's death and became a spiritualist, building a temple to worship the higher gods in what she proclaimed a great attempt to please the gods and beg for her father's safe return. She and Monsoon are bitter enemies, as he is a harsh realist who refuses to bend to the very gods who took his father away.

(I havent drawn these kids yet cause theyre brand new; but soon ;V;)
And the lasst new introduction;
Zhi-HaoZhi-hao is a god of luck, of bad luck, in fact. He's a manipulative jerk who uses his skills to bring himself good fortune by leeching off the fortune of others. His favorite ruse is convincing people he's lucky and they should worship him to fuel his ego. He's cocky, uncooperative, and has little sympathy for other people. He's selfish and rude and most people find him entirely unpleasant to be around.
He does however, have a weakness in feeling not good enough, he seeks consistently to get better things and better luxuries to prove himself as someone of high standing because among the gods, his own kind, he is nothing and that drives him mad. He also has a weak spot for kids, and generally won't ruin their luck until they've joined in the 'adult' horrors of the world, at which point- they're entirely fair game.
The stone ball he carries/brings around is a font of misfortune, and is the source of his power. Taking it away from him is difficult (As not only is it always in his sight or grasp, he can sense its location at any given time) but moving him from it will reduce him to a mortal and end the bad luck of those he's cursed.

I do have some art as well!
