Shudders I've got hurricanes here (not right now, lol), but tornadoes seem so much more powerful... And unpredictable. How much have there been yet?

Last night there was a new warning about every ten minutes. There was a couple f4s and some apartments down the road a little bit burned to the ground. Last I heard, there at least 16 dead in one area, and half the state had no power.
EDIT: estimated I million people with their power out, death count in the 190s
