She just sadly watched as her brother headed off deeper into the woods, her eyebrows furrowed.

"You want to protect your sister, right? I'd suggest not leaving. Boss don't like it when people try to leave. I'm warning you now, Beau. If you want to be safe, stay put." Worry snuck from his calm expression. "Ain't nobody leaves this place alive."

Shaw smiled, carefully wrapping an arm around her waist, gently pulling her a bit closer. He breathed in her sweet scent, softly kissing her temple.

Khai shook her head "I'm fine..that was just..alot." she spoke, still amazed at how her life could've been gone in an instant. She looked over to Eden, patting her on her head "We've never been in the city before, seen so many walkers either." she sighed, running a hand through her untamed hair. "Are you okay?"

Ray frowned. “Yeah, I know... it’s worth trying, at least,” he replied disappointedly, his hopes extinguished. He couldn’t bring himself to think of the violence and barbaric actions that must have occurred deeper into the city.

“Well, Kieran, if we don’t find someone we’re both out of luck,” Rose hissed, a bit irritated he couldn’t think of anyone, “I’m not exactly the most popular person around here, so we need to get searching. Now.”

“Thank you, Trev,” Callum thanked, smiling gratefully. He wiped his tears, embarrassed his brother had seen him in that state. He always had been the more sensitive one. He wanted to go with him, but he knew he would only slow him down. He had only been outside the fence a handful of times himself, due to the fact that he couldn’t cope with the apocalypse as well as anyone else.

"I had to run from my parents, they were keeping me held up in a farm." she answered honestly, naively trusting him already. Eden licked her face, enjoying the comfort.
