You only need to make a parrot if someone is joining, someone ordered a custom, or Waxwing let you make a raffle or a freebie.

You only need to make a parrot if someone is joining, someone ordered a custom, or Waxwing let you make a raffle or a freebie.

Yup this is right. Also you can make a parrot as someone’s daily bonus, a prize for winning an arena battle, a quest reward, when a parrot in the breeding cave grows up, or a legendary parrot that someone has found in the mystery cave. You can make parrots for all of these reasons.
