I was just wondering, since I know some sites has a "training period" and I was wondering if CS had that as well? I was just curious.

When staff are hired we provide them training materials and all the assistance they may need to learn how to do the job and handle difficult situations. Don't worry, we don't just throw you to the wolves!

I'm so excited to finally apply again for staff applications. I applied for all positions but I am very much excited for the roleplay positions as roleplaying is my most favorite thing to do on this site. Good luck to everyone!

The phrase "throw you to the wolves" isn't actually being thrown into wolves, it's just a saying that people use when describing certain things, such as: administration. Administration has to deal with a wide variety of questions and issues, and sometimes that can lead to... hm, how do I put it? It can lead to a lot of users disagreeing, which we can call in that situation, "wolves".
