of course! you can keep the pre-existing design, edit and add onto it, as well as use it off-site etc., I just don’t want new designs being made/sold from these lines.
if not listed you hold all rights to the designs on/off the line art. (:

unfortunetly not; as the first rule states, this base was made specifically for the competition.
now that it has ended the only acceptions to editing/usage of these lines are for those who already entered and plan on keeping/selling there already made design(s).
