ended up using my oc,, no name yet unfortunately c':
Quirk: Speed
-can run so fast he's able to break the sound barrier
-hes able to manipulate this into attacks
-attacks have taken quite the toll on his ears and have damaged his hearing
-he's also prone to motion sickness when his quirk is overused.
