reference ( if you have one ) / Description; k, so, this (or at least a sort of sea/oceany gradienty looking base of that colour turquoisey blue) as his 'base layer' and then (if possible) black, floppy, short (but like long short xD), messy and slightly wavy hair (like this) and a TINY trident above his head this shape but in this colour (looking sort of glowy too)
