Atia is a minor goddess responsible for amnesia in the afterlife. Going in to the afterlife souls have a choice to forget their past life, she is responsible for removing the memories of those who decide to forget. She is mature and takes her work very seriously, she's eager to listen and help people decide whether to forget. She finds her work hard especially when one half of a couple chooses to forget whilst their partner is clinging on to memories even in the afterlife. On the other end of the spectrum Anzû is responsible for mediums and communication between the living and the dead, he's terribly immature and sees his work as a joke, he loves writing inappropriate words on oujia boards and embarrassing people. He's a prankster. His job involves spending a lot of time in the mortal world, something the others are very jealous of.
Whilst Anzû and Atia especially are well intentioned despite technically being gods of the dead, Nem is much darker. He exacts wicked justice on those who have wronged others, either whilst they are alive or after. He enjoys working with Anzû to allow victims to haunt their murders and similar things. Although everything Nem does is perfectly just, he enacts exact revenge, he enjoys causing people pain more than he should. When he is older he will have the opportunity to take over from his mentor and sit on the judging panel that determines what kind of afterlife a person deserves as a result of their actions in their life.

I would love to develop Nem alongside my two underworld minor gods.
Nem is selfish, impulsive and can be cruel. He follows the rules obsessively, never teasing, pranking or stealing from any one individual more than they deserve.
Nem values loyalty above all and seeks justice against those who have wronged their friends.
Nem is always honest, sometimes to a fault. This makes him incredibly trustworthy but his critique hurts the most.
He's not a bad person, after all 'getting even' is his job. He just doesn't seem to feel guilty about it, it's all he's ever known.
Nem can get even during the person's life, little discretions getting little punishments (ever had a sock go missing or drop your phone and break it?) Bigger punishments are often given in the afterlife, Nem can force people to experience violence from their victim's point of view etc. As long as they suffer as much as they made other's suffer, how they suffer is Nem's choice. He can be very imaginative with these punishments.

AU \\ Winter Wonderland
My winter wonderland is an AU where spring has abandoned the world to freeze. Despite being initially miserable, the people soon seized upon their new way of life, the world is cheery and festive all year round. There's a large Christmas market which is the centre of the town; a cozy tavern and an ice rink. There are traces of magic left over in the world and creatures such as nymphs, fairies and talking animals can be found if you know where to look.
With a quick expression edit I think Ruslan would make a great adventurer and explorer, he'd earn money acting as a tour guide in his spare time taking people up the snowy mountains and into the forests and caves. He'd run some kind of "fairy spotting tour" but be actually clueless about wildlife, he only sees fairies by chance on his hunt for an adrenaline rush. His tour guide business doesn't make that much money as the locals much prefer the safety and warmth of their own log cabins or the inn, due to lack of money Ruslan lives in what is basically a shed, it's also the ticket office where people can sign up for his tour.
