this is actually Overo :3 Tobiano is actually a more white body witth a colored head and patches. the requirement to classify as a tobiano is the colored head and all four legs must be white from the knee down ^-^ this is tobiano meanwhite overo is a name for any paint pattern that does not meet the requrements for the other paint identifications but is still spotted, this is an overo
