You can enter again the next time this opens, but you may not pick the same two Pokemon again because that would qualify as a redo and you, unfortunately, don't qualify for one. You're allowed to pick one of the two in your new fusion though!
If you want my personal suggestion, I've always wanted to see an Umbreon-Ampharos fusion.
