November 22nd to November 25th, you may apply for 5 races daily, but all must be different race times and may only apply for the same Grel up to twice per day! (so yes you can reapply for your favorites, the next day again twice.) Don't forget races you've already entered on 1, and don't forget they're pushed to be all judged on December 1st rather than bits at a time! Your tickets from it be able to be exchanged in Twisted Forest still after Races have ended! So do not worry!

These are all of the NPCs you can get any items from
Jasmine
Pumpkin Swirl
Pumpkin Dare Devil
Zee Clawz

Then we've got so far Q1A & Q1B Which are Quests to get a reward rather than just doing simple rolls like the NPCs above. These are complete once and get some decent useful items to get you started!
There will be other quests released over time at the Cursed & Enchanted Twisted Forest. Each Quest in a Quest-line gives it's own rewards, and a bonus will be given when that Quest-line is complete! Which are a part of the Achievement bonus rewards!
Since I've not completed on creating all Quests to Quest-line #1, there is currently no bonus promised until I've complete the set.

So I hope you at least enjoy these for now, there is also the Racer Event which all the races are just going to be judged on December 1st, then highest scores get first pick of owning one of the Racers down to last NPC open. (Except one(s) I keep)

Clicking on a Grel and reading the information on it's page will tell you, usually. ;D

All the Halloween Event Grels are not FCFS, though if there's only one poster after three days have passed, they'll win the comp. if they have the tokens. I'm not sure how Kat's picking winners when there's more than one applicant. I'm assuming they have their criteria!

In the case of the old adopts, I'd say they're FCFS. They just need homes at this point. <3
