ok, so just make it have lots of locks. like make the seperate hairs with 1 thickness, and i suggest making the opacity lower, to make it less 'fake'. Then, just get a color, slightly lighter than the hair, click airbursh, and lower the color and opacity. Then lightly just put that airbrush on pieces of the hair.
