"Oh you don't have to-" Lilliana began, about to hand over the Pokeball. The old lady had vanished though, leaving Lilliana with nothing but Monsoon, her bag, and the Pokeball. When she had opened it she felt a wave of shock when the shiny Jirachi had risen out, and gave a happy noise in response. Lilliana felt her mouth go dry, she was stuttering for words. Not only was this a Legendary.. It was a shiny! Monsoon seemed taken away too, he stared with a wide-open mouth and a shocked gaze. Eventually the silence broke, Monsoon leapt from her shoulder onto the air, climbing onto the Jirachi and giving him a hug. The legendary only was frightened by this, and began falling to the ground trying to knock off Monsoon. Lilliana tore Monsoon from the Jirachi to prevent them from falling on the concrete. "Sorry about that. Monsoon is a little uh.. bold I guess" Lilliana chuckled.

Of course she hadn't seen this pokemon before, it wasn't native to the area.. curiosity bubbled in her as she looked at her two pokemon that had now turned to her. It wouldn't seem fair if both battled the pokemon though, "Aromatisse, would you mind battling this pokemon? I wanted to see what you've got" Vanessa smiled as Snivy nodded approvingly, Aromatisse looked at the pokemon. A determined face now shone as she stood in front of the pokemon prepared for battle.. Vanessa just hoped she wouldn't get to hurt.. but either way, she was prepared this time.

"Aromatisse, show the pokemon and I what you've got!" Vanessa announced, starting off the battle with the aromatisse using Fairy wind.

Chloe silently cheered in excited as she received her first pokemon, “aww! Chimchar! You’re so precious.”
“Chim-char!” Her chimchar muttered back. Suddenly, a question rose upon her.
“Hmm, what should I call you?” Chloe paused to think for a second, “Udia! That’s perfect!” She exclaimed. Her newly named chimchar hugged her and playfully climbed on her shoulder.
“Chimchar!” Udia said in response to the decision.
“Udia it is then,” Chloe smiled, leaving the pokécenter.

as you were leaving the pokemon center, your journey began.

as you stepped out, something ran up to you, barking playfully.It was a Lilipup! it seemed like it was wild and wanted a friend.

[btw your pokemon's lv should be Lv.5 for all starters! c:]

Chloe perked up in cheer at the sight of the lillipup. Her grin levitated to her spare pokeball.
“Lilli-pup,” the wild lillipup glared. With hesitation, Chloe lightly tossed the pokeball, in hopes she’ll catch the lillipup.

Monsoon seems really interested in it.

It looks like Aromatisse was just too slow, the meowth quickly dodged out of the way.
It then retaliated with slash!

It looks like Aromatisse is on the verge of fainting. This wild pokemon is pretty strong.
Perhaps you could try to intervene before anyone gets more hurt.

Vanessa's eyes widened, this was clearly a high level pokemon, she was about to step in when Snivy pulled aromatisse. Vanessa swooped up the tired looking pokemon as Snivy jumped onto her shoulder and they sprinted out of the clearing. They ran until they knew that they were out of sight... perhaps too out of sight.. they found themselves in an unfamiliar part of the towns boarders, a meadow actually.. Perhaps they should explore as Vanessa fed the aromatisse an oran berry.

so they trekked through the tall grass, the pokemon's relived nobody got too hurt.

They were smiling and looking around when they heard ruffling in the grass, but they couldn't tell which direction it was coming from and what or who it was...

Lilliana glared over at the Lillipup, she felt her heart melt at the cute Pokemon. "Little guys like you are popping out left and right it seems" she chuckled, and bent down on one knee and cautiously held her hand out to pet the top of the Pokemon's head. "I won't fight ya little guy? But maybe you wanna join us?" she asked, she scavenged through her bag that she really needed to clean up and finally handed over a small little Pokebean, it was bright red. Monsoon walked beside Lilliana and gave a small "Osha!". Suri watched Lillipup levitating in the air.
