The very thought of NocturneClan attempting some... some grain overtaking almost made him laugh and cry in frustration at the same time. "They're miles away, I came here with a human, I thought I said this already! I have to get back to the farmhouse before Gregory flees back to the lighthouse."

"A liking?" Ashclover meowed thoughtfully, then shrugged. "I can't say what goes through Mr. Gregory's head. So I can't tell if he'll wait for me or not. Depends how long I'm gone, I figure. Humans are very orderly in their own strange way. If they want to head back, they'll head back with or without me is my guess. Which is why you can't keep me here!"

"I already said they're miles away!" Asclover snapped, his voice suddenly rising like it hasn't done yet. This was getting annoying; what would it take to get through these cats thick skulls, a fish over their heads? "Besides! Even if they are nearby they're more likely to attack if they find me here, being held hostage. Might even try taking one of yours."

Once this greenery isn't swaying over my head I can see clearly and get back to Mr. Gregory, and I have to do it before he ups and leaves; Ugh! didn't we go through this already?"
