Nope, no new banner pets. I think it's safe to assume that we're not getting anymore of them. Four is the max amount of banner pets we've ever gotten in any of the other Halloween events.

yeah but that means that the pets will drop in demand :c

Yep, that's how it usually goes. The only reason they have this crazy demand to begin with is because a) people think they need to overpay because "oh no I'll never get this from the banner myself", and b) people expect overpay because that's what everyone else seems to be getting. If people would just calm down and wait a while, and stop expecting an arm and a leg, then they'd be much easier for everyone to get and no one would lose out on valuable pets because of it.
