people are free to hoard whatever pet they'd like, i'm sure everyone who wants one will eventually get it, so don't sweat! it's only been a few days, after all.

I agree, especially with how much demand has dropped for the first two banner pets. It will be significantly easier to trade for as the event goes on. People are free to hoard whatever they please. There will be plenty to go around. I'd be surprised if any of these ended up rare. The two headed deer are a prime example. Bunch of people hoarded them and now they're very easy to just trade off/for

The pps mummy bw (banner pet) from the 2014 summer event is still crowding many older players' groups - to the point where they're hard to trade away. Events since then have taught me that this situation happens pretty much every Halloween as well; any one banner pet will be getting offers of older Store pets the first day, and by the end of the event people will be begging for tokens in exchange for their umpteenth banner pet. If you don't mind waiting until the end of the run, you'll be able to get the banner pet you want from them for a couple of tokens

and yeah, the demand will definitely go down. And I suppose "unkind" wasn't the right word. I don't want to accuse anyone of something either. I just don't think right now, when they are in high demand, is the time to hoard.

They do have a red dice dog now, but im not sure if that's what you were asking.

I’ll be honest though, more banner dogs are pretty awesome! It’s an unpopular opinion, but I actually enjoy the thrill of looking for it, and it’s entertaining to watch the demand spike.

Can we please stop talking about hoarding? It's always been a sensitive subject on Cs and always seems to cause a fight. I'm not a fan of hoards, but griping about it isn't going to stop people from doing it.

I've actually thought about this before, and while I never had the same question, I've always wondered if rarity could change. Like, do you think all of the pets in '08 and '09 we're always rare and VR? It would feel weird.

All of the older pets are rare+ now because there’s so few of them in circulation in comparison to the amount of people on the website, so I doubt they were always rare. :3
