i don't believe so. fair use allows this kind of thing, because it's not using this as a profit or claiming that pokemon belongs to them.

right now i'm only doing customs for staff members but there might be options for that in the future! :] beyond that, since they're just pokemon designs i'm sure there are people that offer that kind of thing somewhere or other, or you could make your own!

i mean obviously ye pokemon aren't my creation and etc, that goes without saying if that's what you mean? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just makin some individual members of the species with enough difference to be unique without strayin too far yknow (like yeah ofc the first adopt is A politoed, but the bab's got an altered color scheme/backwards antennae/knee and elbow swirlies/their own personality :'])
