Yes, MYOs are only available for points/USD at the moment. There are no plans currently to do another "pets for MYOs" event at the moment.

If you're referring to one that can be taken on and off, it would just be an accessory. If it has flowers physically growing from them in the arrangement, it would be legendary plant growth (but it couldn't be removed).

Yes, you can add accessories to your kalon! As long as they can be freely taken off and put on, they'd be counted as accessories (piercings are also accessories)
