She looks AMAZING!!! Congrats on creating such a beautiful rainbow gal! I love her mane and the rainbow on her tail just tops the entire design off! If you'd like a little bit of criticism, I'd recommend maybe not using as many textures next time! Although a few can look cool, overusing them can make your design look unnatural or out of place ^^ Other than that, Starstruck is an absolutely gorgeous Viscet!
@Mint Chip : Whao, that's a lot of re-adopts! As I said in an earlier reply, it's really kind of Phantom to have their cets readopted instead of keeping them as characters! That's such a nice thing to do and it lets all kinds of users try out for those pretty cets! Definitely entering in a few >>

My family in South Carolina is all staying with us right now, and they were all glued to the news to see if their home was going to be okay. I can't imagine how scary it would be having to leave my own home in the middle of a hurricane. I hope you raised enough funds and that you'll be okay!

He was a wild viuscet who was caught in a flash flood and washed up in Oderiegn. I don't really know what he does after that, but I'm excited to develop him.
