Ross has always been fascinated with nature-- in his spare time, he will happily go for hikes and spend hours simply exploring the forests around his small and humble home. This painting was inspired by an accidental finding. Ross had been exploring and literally tripped and stumbled into this small area that seemed as though it had been untouched for a long time. He visited a couple more times after that, careful not to disturb the surrounding area, and had gone home to immediately paint it from memory. This painting is featured in his "Overgrown" series, displayed in a gallery. (100wc)

When Gregory was younger his mother didn't have time for him and would usually just give him her computer and watch tv. He was mostly neglected, but happy. He found Bob Ross's videos on the Internet and he loved them. He wanted to paint like him, but his mother wouldn't let him get any canvases or paint since it was too expensive and she didn't really think it was worth it.So he downloaded a program and learned to do digital art.

Now he is a professional digital artist and stuff.he does commissions. This is his self portrait.

The instant I seen this guy I pictured the painting that hangs in my boyfriends living room. It's an original oil painting by a local artist, and the first time I seen it I imagined Bob Ross. It happens to be the painting in the background of my piece as well! Jame's is a carefree, nature loving soul who tries to enjoy every second of life. He travels around his local city painting the local landscapes, which he sells in the coffee shops, and small tourist shops up town. He's very simplistic, and loves to see others enjoy life too. He subs for art classes as well occasionally when the teachers out, and he loves every second of it. He's extremely respected by the children and they love his stories.
