On the discord, we figured out that one of katsue's x hints was from a staff pet group with x's for names. By using the position of the x's, (was a little skewed, but we got some help), we got this code of numbers: 1215554

We also figured out that kat's interests, Izha x, is east x.

Edit: East 1215554. North 250 330.

Edit 2: We figured it out. They were coordinates to Taiwan. N25 03 30 E121 55 54.

Edit 3: the character was inspired by Pazu from Castle in the Sky!
