you do not have permission to use the character until payment is accepted and sent.

my character tos:
once purchased you can do anything with the character
but you must credit me with a link to my toyhou.se when taken offsite (this includes da stash!)
my toyhou.se is here, no excuses.

if the character is redesigned i must still be credited for the original design.

Well I'd be willing to do a lined headshot with coloring and shading for each if that's more what youd want, or a fullbody colored and shaded plus headshot for both.
