As far as I know, there's not really one? I'd assume you could plead your case, but in our case the ones we have were deemed serious enough that unbanning the users involved isn't feasible. (they pose too much of a risk of repeated behaviour if they get unbanned).

The banned user themselves would need to plead their case with Karmel or Jiinxed. If they want to get unbanned they will need to take it up with the owners directly.

a bit of an odd question, but i have an old inactive account on cs that i used a while back.
(it's not a second account, i never use it and exclusively use this account)

anyways, i owned about five kalons on this account and i was wondering if there's any way i could prove that they're mine??
i don't really want to loose them, but if there's no way i can keep them i'd like to see them go to a good home.
