Just a quick question, are we allowed to change the jobs of our mice? I'd like to change one of my mice's roles, but I don't want to do it if it’s not allowed

I have a question as well ^^
Under Level Five, it says “Write or draw about how one of your young mice decided what they want to be/ how they want to serve their tribe”. Does this mean that it is necessary for our mice to mate, have pups and then we need to describe one of those pup’s stories, or can we take in a pup we found in the wild that we brought into the tribe and write about them, or how a mouse of ours was unhappy with their occupation and decided to switch to something else?
