I know someone's posting about this but I'm on the other side and would like to know as well. (: I think I'm fine with it as is, just wondering how much it is off from being fair?

Your lists add up to about 30 mid advents + a low advent. That's a mid advent more than the line tribal tier.
(Your commons/uncommons/few non list rares don't really make a difference in this.)
The UR butterbun is worth 74 mid advents, so the trade is unfair to the other side.
Demand is up to you.
