(Your commons/uncommons/few non list rares don't really make a difference in this.)
The UR butterbun is worth 74 mid advents, so the trade is unfair to the other side.

Demand-wise, zodiacs usually fetch an ‘09 rare, sometimes two. You could always wait for a better offer, though. If you’re patient enough, I’m sure you can find one.
