if the horse has red, then Aa or AA needs to be present, as its the gene responsible for the coloration, cream is simply the dilute gene, so all horses have Ee/EE and/or AA/Aa :3

those are the three base colors :3 all horse colors are either one of those or a sub-color of one of those. Brown has the "t" modifier making it Ata when coding for brown. Cream, pearl, grey, dom. white, and pseudo-double are all modifiers, meaning they interact with one of the bases
