An oc of mine, Hailey.
Super insecure. like me
Her hair, eyes and tail glow, but she can only control when her tail glows.
That curly tail of hers can uncurl, and when it does, its pretty long.
Is always asking herself "Do others like me? I wonder what they think.. they probably don't.."
Has a brother who is always encouraging her.
