There's actually no such thing as a panther, it's just a name that several different species are called. "Black Panthers" are either melanistic Leopards, melanistic Jaguars, or badass king bois.
Also, Jaguars are in South America while Leopards are in Asia and Africa so who the hell even knows which one it's supposed to be? Maybe Leopard, based on the regions of the other three?
