Quick Question for any one who happens to know that answer to this. For the monthly limit, if you win an adopt that was posted in April in July, does it still count towards your monthly limit?

That may seem silly, but I knew that on another species I saw that it was based on the month it was posted, if that makes sense, so I just wanted to double check. c:

Technically that sounds kinda impossible, except if (for whatever reason) the adoption competition should take so long / it takes so long to judge it cx
But yes, it is always based on the month it was posted. So if an artist now posts an adopt which ends sometime in August, it will still count towards your July slot / limit c:
Re-adoptions are an exception, though. If someone decides they do not want one of their Viscets anymore and re-home it via a competition, it does not count towards any limits (but that's a different thing)

edit: I just recently looked over their anatomy because I'm thinking of buying a custom and say that they are supposed to resemble raptors xD oof

hey there! thought i'd drop by with a question since this kind of popped up when i was talking to a friend of mine ;w;

so, i know that there are two variants to the event rare finned tufts mutation, and if one of the items i claimed was a roaming trait potion for the finned tufts, would i be allowed to specify which variation i'd like? to my knowledge, there's the sharper fins and the softer, wave-y fins that were released during this event. thanks for any clarification!! ^^;
