You're allowed to have Kal MYOs off the lines/make custom-lined MYOs, but to have them be approved/logged in the archives/to be able to breed, you must have an alternate version on the official/default Kalon lines.

Off-/on-Oekaki doesn't matter (when it comes to both custom- or default-lined MYOs.)

A reference on the main lineart eliminates any chance for mistaking edits that a kalon has from the custom lined reference, and makes everything more "uniform". uvu You're free to make a custom-lined reference, however they need to have one on the main lines in order to get approved/be able to be archived & bred.

Can we change both the design and color of a shine with just a shine edit, or would you need a color changing edit and a shine edit to do that?

I don't want all the hair gone, just the braid/ponytail that is there.
I wanted to substitute the braid for a shaved sideburn.

would I have to use a common hair edit if the kalons hair is common? or could I use a standard hair edit because the hair is only a small part of the head?
basically just cutting off the hair piece.

if, overall, the kalon's hair is still common when that piece is removed, then a common edit would have to be used.
