Rarity wise unfair to them but demand wise unfair to you. The tree can go for up to three 09 rares depending on the person you trade with. Personally I had to trade three 09 rares for one.

Depends on how you value those pets ^^ Their punk dog normally goes for something around a Tier 7 advent. Your Null PPS goes for a low to mid advent depending on who you trade with and how you value it. The Malk dog can also go for two 09 rares. I'm not sure about the worth of your items though.

With just the lists, their side adds up to about 4-ish nons (valuing the zebra at 1 non) plus the rares which (I'm guessing) value adds up to about a low main list (I counted about 54 09 rares making each 09 vr worth 2 09 rares plus there are all the other rares I was too lazy to count)

Unfair to you. The bw and sitting cat would only be fair for one of the two 2012 store pets (I believe) so they'd have to add 2 more 09 rares to make it fair for both store pets. The 2015 store pets should practically be fair, but if I'm wrong about that, then the 09 uncommon would be overpay for your store pet and the 2017 Uncommons would be overpay to fill the gap as well (if I'm not wrong)
