Heatherpaw sat within the Clan's new medicine cat den, sorting out what few herbs they had been lucky to find on the journey there. That's right, she thought to herself, Quietcry will probably want me to go searching from some more with her or another cat soon. She sighed, and tucked away the last of the cobweb she had at her paws. Having completed her task, Heatherpaw looked out in to the camp, watching the other cats. She wondered where her brothers, Martenpaw and Foxtongue, were at this moment. Most likely doing their hunting and patrolling duties, such as she had once dreamed to do.
Buttons padded through the forest, his stomach grumbling and the bell on his collar jingling. He shook slightly, looking about the forest with a strong sense of fear. "They'll come back for me," the kittypet murmured to himself, hoping moreso than believing, "They'll definitely come back. They must've went this way...maybe?" The soft-furred cat had not eaten in four days, although he had found substantial water to drink. He once tried to catch a rabbit, much to his discomfort, but, while he was able to nearly keep up with it, his pounce was far from coordinated, and it had gotten away. Buttons mewed worriedly, hoping that perhaps his cry would be familiar to his twolegs and they would find him and take him home again.

Cody :: Male :: Warrior :: 27 moons :: ~Open
The long-furred calico crouched on a rocky overhang, single green eye locked on a small flock of birds foraging for seeds a short distance below him. Tail carefully still he slowed his breathing as he waited for his chance. Something in the shrubs spooked the birds and Cody launched off the overhang at the last second- claws of one paw catching on the wing of a birds and dragging it to the ground with him where he quickly ended it. He raised his head, one paw still on the bird, with a curious glance in the direction the noise had come before giving his head a small shake. Better to just focus on bringing this back to the... camp. Ears pressed briefly against his head, but again he shook his head to clear it. Too early to regret, he'd promised not to isolate himself- 'you're not as cut out for isolation as you like to pretend Cody, you've never been able to fool me'- so he wasn't. He grabbed the bird in his jaws and started in the direction of the camp.

Pebblepaw yawned, stretching her black legs. She stood up, trying not to step on anybody while she padded out of the den. She then padded over to the warrior den, where she poked her head in. "Sunspots?" she meowed, looking for his yellow pelt. "Are you awake?"
