Origins
Ribeiroia ondatrae. A scary word. A scary parasite as well. It mercilessly attacks frogs in their tadpole stage, causing their limb-creating blueprints to malfunction, leaving the adult frog with several, or missing limbs. This scary parasite has caused the fall of thousands of frog species (don't quote me on that). But a cure has arisen. E. Gli, both a cytologist and epidemiologist has invented Gli-Gel!
How it Works
This thick (usually) blue substance takes the place of the lost cells of the limbs of frogs affected with Ribeiroia ondatrae (but only the ones affected with the limb-loss side-affect; we haven't found a cure for extra limbs... yet). The gel is applied with an arm-shaped mold to the area where the missing limb should have been present, and in about 30 minutes or less, the Gli-Gel is dried and active. The frog can move this new limb in the most prominent joints just like a normal arm thanks to E. Gli's special stem cell formula, and it's opacity won't cause it to be easily spied by predators. Every frog released back is equipped with an efficient tracker to see how it does.
Why we Need You!
Sadly, Gli-Gel can't guarantee the success of these frogs out in the wild. Those unfortunate aren't so unfortunate though, since you're here! We don't like euthanization, but we do like you! (Haha get it? euthanization, you? No?) So help us take care of these frogs!
Rumors
Hmmm... seems like Gli hasn't been up to anything lately...
Meet the Gli Team!
Oof a wip

Rules
~E. Gli won't tolerate anyone stealing the special formula, or the idea of Gli-Gel!~
~No transferring designs to other species please; a frog is not the same as an armadillo!~
~No selling any animals you got here for any currency, nor buying them for any currency. If you got them, take good care of them~
~Don't use Gli-Gel on your own characters~
~You may make art of your Gli-Gel animals, but make sure the art is of your animals or existing designs (if you are making art for someone else's animal)~
~Be kind and courteous to me as well as staff and fellow Gli-Gel supporters!~
Artist Rules~
Know lock alpha~
If you don't know what it is, I found a little snippet from
Swiftalu's oekaki guide:
Swiftalu wrote:Layers Box
Just like the original Chibipaint,
you can add or remove layers.
You can also tick the lock alpha
box to only color inside what is
existing on whichever layer you
are on.
If you're still confused you may wanna wait 'till you find out, seriously, coloring will be really hard man.
~
Be open to PM's or have a discord~
If you're a coppa, You can still join the artist team, but just make sure to check back here for any updates and stuff (:
~
Make at least 1 GG a month~
This is to keep the species up and running of course ^^ However, if you know that you can't meet this requirements and have a good reason and still want in on the team, go ahead! When on a hiatus, either post here or contact me so we know you haven't vanished into thin air
Also, don't make too many rare ggs!
~[u]Artists receive one myo (make your own) gg of any rarity they want for every six gg they make!~
(Just please don't make 5 rare myos straight

QYWPA
(Questions you will probably ask)
Are there such things as HMS?
Nah.
Can I request a custom?
Not quite yet...
Is is possible to be striked/banned from the Gli-Gel community?
I don't want to do that to anyone :c
Up to how many Gli-Gel animals can I have?
Just enough for everybody else to have one too! (Just pace yourself with the amount)
Is it okay to ask questions on this thread or would it be considered spam?
Ofc you can ask questions here c:
Does Gli-Gel Labs have a breeding program?
Animals treated with Gli-Gel cannot have offspring with Gli-Gel limbs, so no sadly.
