Hey, a bit of an odd question really? Horses can be ridden because of how their shoulder blades are. Do these guys have super beefy equine like shoulder blades?

ah, the larger ones would! but the medium and, of course, the small ones do not, as they aren't meant to be ridden.

genders are up to the owners! since it is, in lore, an artifical species, breeding is always done artifically. this means any two can breed! its also why on their lineage, they dont have specifically a "mother" or "father".
