One more note - I am aware now that we missed at least four forms - three from spaceinmyhead and one from midnightwolfie666. Remember to add the code word, guys, that helps us find all the forms!

Give me a few hours to ask the other judges about their opinion on these forms. If I am made aware of any others we have missed I will update this post with the info <3
