Unfair to you going strictly by rarity.
The dark heart rat is worth 15 mid advents. The red rose is worth 5 mid advents and the blue rose is worth 7.
Their side adds up to 12 mid advents.

It depends on where you value each pet.
The joker seems to be going for 1-1.5 nons while the cinnabun goes for 1.5-2 nons.
If you value both pets at 1.5 nons, it was pretty fair. If you value them differently, it was unfair.

Their side is worth 18 mid advents whilst yours is again worth 9 mid advents + a '09 rare.
Demand wise, it's up to you on where you value the rat.
Many people seem to struggle with trading off rats, so it's honestly up to you if you want to take the overpay.

unfair to you. Their store pet is worth an early-mid '09 rare. One of the later '09 rares + a '09 uc would be fair ^^

The UR apple seems to have bad demand as well, so nothing needs to be added to the rat side.
(Rarity wise, it's fair as they're on the same tier.)
