Khims reopened!

After a little talk in the fanclub, i decided to reopen the khims! so from now on adopts are allowed again!

What will change:
- Basically there won't be many changes, they will run like they did before they closed down
- i wont be as strict anymore with rarity and such, so it can happen that rarer markings will show up more often, but then it should stay fair and not only for some certain people, it should raise for the whole community if artists decide to do some more
- artists will have more freedom to decide for a design, because they won't need to check on the rarity too much, so they can freely do easy or some more complicated designs if they are motivated to do so
- i'm not as active anymore because i'm not very active on CS in overall after the khims closed, so i have many things i do outside from CS and i don't want to neglect them, so i will not check on slots, adopts, genetics, breedings, foals like before. i will only write down if an adopt is judged for the archiv mods
- but i'm always there to take care of problems and questions, and I will log in to CS on daily base
- i will run the bank like before and keep track on points and such
- because i'm not as active anymore i need to rely on the help of the community, so if you see that something is strange or that there is a fault feel free to message me ^^
- and now, we need some new artists! so the artist search will reopen again ^^

I'm so pleased to hear that Neri! I can't wait to get started again, right in time for my birthday tomorrow, but there are just a few things I'd like to check before I get stuck in.

1. The thing you mentioned about rarities, was that in relation to adopts? As in, we don't have to worry any more about how often we post rare adopts but just whatever markings when we fancy it? I take it that breedings are still to be rolled with the same chances, though?

2. On the subject of breedings, will khims be keeping the same number of slots? We just have to track them more carefully?

3. Finally, will you still be posting underneath each khim with the number of slots and then updating with their foals? It seems to have been quite a time consuming thing for you, but I'm not sure if that's a feature that will be staying or if we'll have to track that ourselves? Either way, I'm so happy khims are open again.

yes the rarity thing is in relation to the adopts, breedings need to be rolled normally

the khims will keep the same number

that is what i mean with that i will not be as active anymore, i will not make any posts under the horses where i organise foals and slots, just under adopts i will make a short message to see when they get judged ^^

Rarity Order:
There is no rarity order for friesians anymore, they will stay their rarity but you can draw whatever you feel like. the rarity is more important for breedings and customs now (% chances)

hey guys 2 little questions:

1. Do you want me to change the breeding %?

There are two ways i could change them:
1. Raise/lower all % chances to 30%, no matter what rarity they have, with that there is still a way to prevent a super gen bomb from happening but rarity issues are gone and people will not be confused with % chances anymore
2. Raise every % chance with +10% to raise the chance getting rare markings = not so much fight about them anymore but it is still hard enough to get them

2. Do you want me to delete the breeding slot limit on horses?
(mares 5 and stallions 10 to unlimited)

Nah, I kinda like a limit? Without it you could just keep breeding horses with rare markings until you get the foal/foals you wanted, and Slot trading would get kinda pointless

important changes:
- breeding % chances got raised by +10% each! (means very rare = 20%, rare = 30% etc.)
- added % chances to the custom/color chart section on the main page (so everyone can check there if they aren't sure)
- mare breeding limits got raised to 10! means +5 on every mare
- if you buyed a breeding slot for your mare it will be added above the new slots:
example: mare has 5 slots + 2 buyed slots + 5 new slots = mare has now 12 slots in overall

A little reopening event is on ^^ it's not really an event, more of a lineart present that will be up for adoption and breeding as long as the khims are up and running xD

just wanted to notify the artists that i wrote down if markings have % chance or genetic (and what genetic) in the Color chart for easy access
the % chances of each rarity are written beside the rarity itself
example:
Rare (Non genetic: 30%):
Manchado (%), Dominant White (Ww)
and i changed the name from the For Customs post into Color Chart
