How she deals with her disability: wrote:Saiph has a variety of ways of coping with her disability, and often times does not consider it to be so much as a disability as one might think. Her job within the tribe, watching the newly hatched dargons is one instance in which she finds her disability helpful. The young dargons are often quite loud, from playing to crying the nursery is usually one of the loudest caves, and Saiph's inability to register this noise allows her to be much more patient and alert during her job. Saiph has also taught herself how to read tongues, at least that's what she calls it, and despite being unable to hear, she can usually read conversations on the mouths of other dargons, of which has allowed her to participate still in said conversations. While Saiph could not go out flying alone, tribe rules dictating that this is not allowed, very rarely for normal dargons, never for deaf ones, she has not had much of a desire to do so and thereby never found much hindrance in this.
